a good friend of ours is feeling much like this today

you see edger got some news... news about his mom.
after a rare day out with a good friend she collapsed and then passed away.

many of you know edger has been out of work for some time now.
he's scraping by, as so many of us are,

but there is nothing for emergencies like this.

what he needs is way home

by joining, throwing our change together

WE can give this to him.

WE can brighten his world.

We are still trying to find out exactly what happened - she had fairly extensive internal bleeding into her abdomen, but we're not too clear on why at this point, although her doctors were apparently considering a heart valve replacement....

I'll be thinking about you Edger and hoping you get what you need to go. I'm sorry for your loss. Losing a parent is always hard but it seems even harder when its unexpected.

I wish that I could send some funds, but (15.00 / 1)

I barely make my mortgage now, and that is looking "iffy" soon. What I can do is send my best wishes to him, and hope that he comes though it relatively intact. I know what he is going through, after have lost both of my parents at different times.

I know that he is still a bit sore at me because of some ill chosen words that we exchanged (the ill chosen were all mine), but I wish him nothing but fast healing. He is a good person, and I wish him well.
